I am the new chairman of S.A.O.S. My name is Elizabeth Allwright and this is my second term of office as Chairman.

I joined the society in 1993, but before that worked with Societies in Lancashire and Surrey. I am told that I first sang in Chapel in my home country of Wales, when I had to stand on the pew to be seen!!!!!!!!!!.

Our Society is friendly and always welcomes new members, whether they wish to tread the boards, help to run the society or help back stage.  Rehearsals take place at All Souls Community Centre, Norwood Road, Southport, every Monday and Thursday at 8.00pm.

So, if you want to make new friends, work hard but also enjoy yourself, why not come along and see what we do?
